But, this command:<\/p>\n<p>defaults write com.apple.ScreenSharing controlObserveQuality n<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;changes the quality of the connection&#8217;s display, based on the value of n:<br \/>\n1 = black and white<br \/>\n2 = grayscale<br \/>\n3 = 8-bit color<br \/>\n4 = 16-bit color<br \/>\n5 = full color<\/p>\n<p>Which can be used as a workaround for that slider.  Sadly, needing this work around doesn&#8217;t appear to be changing anytime soon.
