The Japanese government appears to be handling this disaster fairly more smoothly than I would have ever believed.

When you look it up in the Best Buy inventory system.  Evidently, the Best Buy stores are reserving units for people, but the inventory system does not have any concept of an hold or reserve..  So I left work a few minutes early, rushed to Best Buy, and was told that there are no iPad2’s available for purchase, because they are being held for reserves.

So, call your Best Buy store, before you go looking for the unit that is being shown in the inventory system…

Prey 2 details revealed…

Bethesda Softworks has officially announced Prey 2 today, following word this weekend that details were coming. The shooter sequel will arrive in 2012 and is being developed for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The first details are scheduled to appear in the May issues of Official Xbox Magazine and PlayStation: The Official Magazine, alongside various European publications. Human Head Studios, Prey’s original developer, is making the sequel using id Software’s id tech engine.
